What happens when all 10 slots fill?+
The founder pricing closes. New signups move to regular pricing. Existing founding customers keep their rate as long as their account stays active.
Can I switch tiers later?+
Yes. Move up as you hire, move down if you scale back. Your 50% founder discount applies to whichever tier you're on.
What's the commitment?+
6 months minimum. If you cancel before then, pricing reverts to the regular rate for the period you used. After 6 months, keep the 50% discount as long as you stay.
Do you help with migration?+
Yes — migration is included for founding customers. I'll move your customer list, sites, open jobs, and price list over from wherever you are today.
What if I need more than 10 users?+
The Shop tier scales with extra seats at $35/user/mo (50% off, so $17.50/user as a founder). Works up to ~20 users comfortably.
