By accessing or using FireSync Pro ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service provides fire and life safety contractor management tools including job management, inspections, scheduling, billing, and related functionality.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. Upon cancellation, access continues through the end of the billing period. Data is retained for 90 days after cancellation.
You retain all rights to the data you enter into the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content. We may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve the Service.
The Service includes an in-app feedback feature that allows you to report bugs, request features, and provide general feedback. When you submit feedback, we collect the content you provide along with your current page location within the Service to help us understand and address your report. By submitting feedback, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your suggestions to improve the Service. We may contact you regarding your feedback to gather additional information or provide updates on resolution.
The Service may send automated email notifications related to your account activity, including but not limited to: inspection due date reminders, license expiration alerts, device lifecycle warnings, overdue invoice reminders, and weekly business summaries. These service communications are a core part of the platform and are not marketing emails. You may configure notification preferences within the Service settings.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
